UNCHAIN will develop a data-driven platform to anticipate the results of the measures and policies implemented by the cities in a given context and guide the development, implementation, and update of their Sustainable Urban Mobility Plans (SUMP) and Sustainable Urban Logistics Plans (SULP). This service allows to re-evaluate the goal-based scenarios (depending on the city baselines and the specific sustainability targets) against the present ones and supports local authorities in drawing conclusions on how to readjust the measures and policies to further increase the impact and improve the implementation of their SUMP/SULP. This platform will support local authorities in the monitoring and decision-making process by analysing unstructured and distributed data, setting the scene, and providing a roadmap to achieve their sustainability and climate-neutrality targets.
