Representing UNCHAIN were project partners who presented a joint paper based on the project’s completed Work Package 2 (WP2) activities. The paper, titled “A Collaborative Framework for Defining User Requirements for Improving Urban Logistics in the UNCHAIN Project Demonstration Sites”, was presented during Technical Session 6.1 – Sustainable Urban Logistics, held on the 4th of September. This session also featured contributions from the URBANE project, our collaborator within the CIVITAS Urban Freight Cluster.

The paper, which is a collaborative effort among seven lead experts, highlights the results from WP2, “Requirements Identification, Data Landscaping, and Use Case Definition.” It focuses on a framework developed to define user requirements aimed at enhancing urban logistics at the UNCHAIN demonstration sites.

The authors of the paper are:

  • Juan F. Gimenez (IBV)
  • Amparo López (IBV)
  • Chiara Tavella (SPES)
  • Lorenza Falco (SPES)
  • Albert Sole (EITUM)
  • Elena García (ETRA)
